Ishtiaqul Islam is a CEE PhD student from Bangladesh at Georgia Tech. His background and expertise in Petroleum Engineering has allowed him to perform fluid mechanics research on Multiphase Flows involving oil, gas, and water in turbulence. Currently, he is a member of Dr. Chris Lai’s Et al. team, assisting with the ongoing projects. His ambitions lie in understanding and finding solutions related to oil spills in large sea bodies to prevent further disasters.
